Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items.

The buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition.
2. Return Shipping cost

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3. Non Returnable items
Custom portraits or personalized artwork may not be eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation under the terms below.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations.

The buyer must request a cancellation within 2 days of placing the order.

After this timeframe, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized artwork may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun, including:

Design preparations

Photo edits
-
Artwork drafts
If a cancellation is approved for a custom order, any work already completed may be deducted from the refund amount.
