At Legends in Labels, we take great care in preparing and shipping your artwork so it arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, shipping carriers, and pickup details for both unframed and framed canvas prints.

1. Order Processing Times

Processing time depends on the type of product you order:

1.1 Ready-to-Ship Items

These items are already printed and prepared.

  • Processing time: 1–2 weeks or 5–7 days (depending on listing)

  • You will see the exact timeframe on the product page.

1.2 Made-to-Order Items

These items are printed or created after purchase.

  • Processing time: 1–2 weeks or 3–4 weeks (depending on listing)

  • Custom portraits may require additional time depending on revisions.

1.3 Business Days

We process orders Monday–Saturday.
Holidays may cause additional delays.

If your item needs more time due to high demand or special requests, we will contact you.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship domestic and international orders using trusted carriers:

  • UPS (preferred)

  • USPS

  • FedEx (as alternative when needed)

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping speed

You will see your shipping options at checkout.

3. Shipping Upgrades

Faster delivery options are available at checkout (when supported by the carrier).
You may choose:

  • Priority or Express shipping

  • Overnight shipping (depending on your location)

Please note: processing time does not change with upgraded shipping.

4. Local Pickup (Same-Day Pickup Available)

We offer same-day in-store pickup for canvas prints only.

Pickup details:

  • Available 3–5 hours after payment

  • Applies to unframed canvas prints only

  • We will email you when your order is ready for pickup

  • Bring your order confirmation email and ID

Custom orders, framed canvases, and large items are not eligible for same-day pickup.

5. Shipping for Framed vs. Unframed Canvases

Unframed Canvas Prints

  • Lightweight and ship rolled or flat

  • Faster processing times

  • Lower shipping cost

Framed Canvas Prints

  • Require additional protection and packaging

  • Higher shipping cost

  • Longer processing time (to allow for framing)

  • Only shipped via reliable tracked services (UPS/USPS)

6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International orders may experience:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes (buyer is responsible)

  • Longer delivery times depending on destination country

Customs forms are automatically generated using product details.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Legends in Labels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

If you experience any delivery issues, contact us and we will assist you as much as possible.

8. Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging

  3. We will assist you with a replacement or a claim with the carrier

9. Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking numbers.
You will receive tracking updates via email once your order has been dispatched.
